As it's the eighth month of the year of 2017, we bring you our seventh consecutive challenge. Or, is that the ninth? Perhaps the fifth-in-a-row? Na, maybe the eighth?

ARA is the next in a set of challenges we have created for the year. It features the forms that repeat sentences or 'refrains'. Refrains bring a sense of continuity and balance to a piece. They can also be a royal pain in the ass. A large hemorrhoid on the asshole of writing, if you want to get graphic. However, if done well,
